Born outside love so we sleep
Beyond bound’ries together
But still she sleeps alone apart,
Yet comes back to my arms
Wasting her love upon me.

What purpose is there living in my arms
When the air awakes her before day
Sending back her sleep the night
While I still write about her love
Curling down into my lap
Abandoning to that peace

Before we admit we have us two
No more to say of love
So few hours before the break
Of day resides like her soft claws
Upon the coming day.

She goes again, but we will go
Together to our bed.
